Drain Services

Eye-View has been in the Drain business since 1990. We provide 5 distinctly different Drain Services.

  • Video Inspection of 2 to 6 diameter drains using a mini camera.
  • Cleaning Drains using high pressure water and many specialized Flusher nozzles.
  • Locating Blockages in pipe to pinpoint their precise location and depth.
  • Tracing Drain Systems to determine location, direction and destination.
  • Preventive Maintenance in drain systems where build-up is predictable, typically in the food and hospitality industry.

CCTV Inspections

Capable of inspecting all types of underground infrastructure including:

Storm. Sanitary, FDC Sewers, Force Mains, Catch Basin Leads. Water Mains, Process lines in factories.

We also offer manhole scanning from the inside & outside. Abiity to manhole scan catch basins to depth of 50 feet to maximum manhole size.

State of Art Pan and Tilt Zoom Cameras on all Inspection trucks.

Steerable Tractors for Inspection of Large Diameter Sewers.

Inspect lines from 6 inch and larger.

Inspectors are NAAPI Certified using NASSCO coding system for sewer defect classification.

Reach lengths of 1200 ft from one entry point.

Drain System Tracing

 

Able to locate and trace lines to find route of system for either records, renovations, future additions etc.

Precise accuracy and depth of drain lines.

Flushing & Cleaning

High-Pressure Water Jetting to remove grease build-up, scale and general debris from existing drains.

Capability of up to 4000 PSI.

Able to remove concrete/mortar in new construction/renovations.

Trailer Flusher for underground garages and lower profile areas.

Portable Electric Flusher for inside buildings or where a truck access is not permitted.

Lines from 1 and larger.

We can lateral launch from the outside for drains with a minimum diameter of one inch up to a maximum of eight inches. For mainline services, we are capable of cleaning and video launching from the main line up to twenty meters.

For Vac trucks, we have pipe reamers and other specialized nozzles designed for cleaning hard-stuck debris. Our services also include Hydro-Vacing, and we can remove Hydro-Vacing material from rear lot catch basins.
 

Preventative Maintenance

 

Flushing of your drains on a regular basis to keep them clean and functioning properly to prevent any major back-ups and flooding in.

Mandrel Testing Capability of sizing up to 450mm. Metal object is pulled through pipe to gauge overall integrity of pipe including deformation, etc.
